Roca Recicla is a pioneering zero-waste initiative by El Celler de Can Roca, two times awarded best restaurant in the world.

The idea is inspired by and follows the upcycling mainstream that under the heading Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Repurpose, Recycle wants to promote waste reduction by their creative reuse. Due to the depletion of the consumption needsand lower waste consumption that reusing brings, creative reuse can generate a positive effect in the environment.
